Farmora ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile application for farm record-keeping and profit tracking. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and phone number when you register.
• Farm records: batches, entries, expenses, sales, and mortality records you enter into the app.
• Team information: if you use Farm Boss features, the email addresses of staff you invite, and their role/location assignments.
• Waitlist email: if you ask to be notified when Farmora launches, the address you give us — used only to tell you when the app is available.

How we use this information

We use your information solely to provide the app's functionality: storing your farm records, calculating your profit and loss, syncing your data across your devices, and enabling team features for Farm Boss accounts. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud infrastructure provider. Access to your farm's financial and operational data is restricted by role — only you, and staff you explicitly invite, can access your farm's records, and access is limited by location assignment where applicable.

Third-party services

We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and app functionality. If you contact support, your message may be processed to assist you.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
